  There are quite a number of SPAs in Montreal, but this one is really unique! I was recovering from a heavy flue episode when I decided to look for help in SPA treatments. I picked up this one because they had in their menu the most diversified set of services I was able to find online, including, among other things, a combination of lymphatic massage (enforces the immune system) preceded with a hot sauna session (all toxins went out) and followed with half an hour relaxing massage.

  I have had a lot of different massages, but I can say that this was the most relaxing one I have ever experienced. Physically and mentally, I was in “the moment” the entire time.

  The professionalism of the therapists was outstanding. I could feel my muscle tension release immediately and the stress disappeared leaving the mind and body relaxed and calm. I really enjoyed massage which made me happy.

  This place was terrible. We were given attitude as soon as we came in (accused us of never confirming the appointment when I know for a fact we did). We were never given a choice of the type of massage to get (although the coupon specified a couple of different kinds), one of the massage "therapists" was the receptionist, the other one didn't so much give me a massage as gently caress my back for a while. The room for 2 people was so small that the massage therapists had to painfully squeeze between the tables to get to us. After the disappointing massages, we were told to go to the sauna (no explanation of where, etc). We sat there for a bit but the whole experience made us pretty uncomfortable so we got out pretty fast. Even skipped the shower. When we wanted to pay the taxes, the woman at the desk didn't know how to work the Interac/credit card machine (seriously??) so she rolled her eyes at us and asked if we couldn't just pay cash. She then gave us a bunch of attitude and went to get the receptionist/massage therapist to charge us the tax, who then in turn gave us attitude because she was with a client and had to come out because of us. Overall, pretty terrible. Will never go back and never recommend.

  I had a very good and relaxing massage, my back pain is disappeared. The spa is clean; the staff is nice and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone for a good relaxing massage.
