  This store refuses to take responsibility for the misinformation that they provided me that almost killed my dog. They say that their staff is knowledgeable, this is not true, they give the information they want, while withholding information that is critical. When it was brought to their attention that one of their dog food vendors almost killed, they did nothing! NOTHING. Be aware

  The groomer Jennifer was so great. I brought my little malshi Luna in for a full groom on Saturday September 16. The staff were so friendly, and the variety of quality products they offer in store is fantastic. Jennifer did a great job on Luna's groom, and the prices are completely reasonable. They really care about their clients and Luna looks great. Will definitely be returning soon :)

  Sheri (I think that's her name) was terrific. She was hilarious, helpful, and she handled our dog expertly. We were visiting Montreal right before the big freeze of Holidays 2017, and Sheri got our little Klee Kai into a coat & boots that took him to -15 Fahrenheit without a problem. (He's a mini-Husky-type dog, but he still shivers when it gets too far below 0 F.) The whole shop is fun, warm and friendly, full of items you can't find elsewhere. Prices are high, but these are top quality things. Merci Doghaus!

  Always helpful and informative. Like their products. All clean and healthy and super friendly too. Always welcoming with your fur baby and offers them treats too! A++
