  I used to love this hospital until I started going more often. The surgeons are all cut-happy and harass you to make you do a surgery. One of them kept calling and, when I refused again, he said he'll see me in the ER. So unprofessional, it shocked me... Not recommended.

  Arrived at ER at 10.30 AM with severe gallbladder pain, in the beginning all move somehow quick, but now is 18.03 and still no one can give me a diagnosis! All exams seems normal...they move me from a room to another...waiting and waiting...very bad service!

  Thanks for the professional, thorough and kind consultation with Dr.Mcboyle at the Emergency room. Fortunately, I was seen, tested and discharged in less than 3 hours.

  Most of the staff was "nice" at St. Mary's - but I do not recommend giving birth here if you want a natural birth. My experience here left me feeling manipulated, lied to, violated and abused. None of the staff seemed to have consistent or standardized practices and shift changes were chaotic. Delivery room was very uncomfortable for my partner & doula as there was only one spot to sit in the room. The food was pretty decent however, I'd just recommend bringing a salt and pepper shaker.

  I had to have blood tests performed and I am very scared of needles (to the point that I am crying and and shaking). The staff at the registration were very friendly and relaxed and the phlebotomist was awesome. She was calm and chatted with me, and there was the pinch, but then it was done (I previously went to other hospitals and the staff would not talk to me, hover over me, stick the needle in and move it around). The team at St. Mary's were excellent!
