  I thought the appointment service closed at 5:30pm during the week but apparently it's 5pm. I called about 10 minutes before closing and was on hold for 40 minutes waiting to make an appointment. What I have issue with is that they closed the phone service but no automated message played to say that they were now closed, the line just kept asking me to stay on the line and that they would get to me shortly. Even when I call in the morning, the wait times are long and then, when I get to someone, they tell me I have to call back because they can only schedule appointments two weeks at a time. At this rate I won't see my doctor for another year, which is ridiculous because I need him to fill out the paper for my yearly blood test!!!

  Open on Saint Jean. Convenient location. Pleasant reception/service. 5 minute wait (had appointment). Competent pleasant nurse. Overall had great experience.

  I've just called and have been answered in such a rude way. I'm impressed by how indelicate a person can be in a moment that all you need is care, attention and patience. I said I needed help and even though the woman didn't get what I was trying to say, she repeatedly told me I should search the web. I'm sure that's not what she is supposed to say. So disappointed.

  Intake Nurse Campinelli was wonderful and the Home Care nurse who administered the procedure was kind, caring and considerate. My first experience with the CLSC for my mother has been very positive.

  Terrible service. Abuse and neglect of people and they get paid for this. The CLSC workers who need to give my father his medication just DO. NOT. SHOW. UP. And we cannot give him his medication because his box is locked. The CLSC ABUSES PATIENTS and gets paid for this.
