    I dont understand how you think that people can wait for hours and hours with no updates as to when or if we will see a doctor.

    Why wouldn't you simply call people on their cell when it looks like the doctor will be ready in an hour. That way we dont have to keep sick kids in a room for 6+ hours while they get sicker.

    Good luck finding someone who is willing to speak in English with you. One doctor said to me: “I’m Québécois, so I speak French”.
