  I've always had excellent customer service at this place & I rent frequently from there for this reason. Cars are clean and well maintained. Staff competent and friendly.

  They are always understaffed. I don't suggest you go there during typical rush hour (morning 9-10 am or evening at 5). You will typically wait between 25 and 50 minutes before being served and the whole process might take 1h. Good luck if you're on a tight schedule.

  I have had problems with them when renting online. Mid 2016, I rented online and they called me days later to say it wasn't available anymore. I can easily find 3 other comments on Google that also mention this issue.

  Apart from the underperforming windshield wipers, cars are clean and they offer you a ride back home most times.

  Always have courteous and good service with these guys! Have used this location and Decarie and was never disappointed. The car I had reserved was not available on time and I was upgraded to an SUV with no extra cost to me. The invoices are also very transparent and easy to understand. No hidden costs. You can also return your car after hours to this location which is very helpful when coming back from out of town

  I had a positive experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, polite, and answered all my questions promptly. Getting and returning the car was very fast. I have already rent cars from two other companies in Montreal (Alamo and Budget) and I found this service better than the others.

  I used this location just because it was close to my home. I wouldn't try it again if I have other options. When you are renting a car from this location don't expect proper cleaning. Not too many options of cars too choose. The staff: 2.5/5. I may not come back to this location in close future. I think Enterprise need to consider a change for this location. Let me add this at the end that I am using Enterprise for more than 3 years now as a gold member.
