  Location: not far from downtown. Easy access by car or metro. A lot of free parking. A lot of shops in the area.

  Very bad service,,,,long wait,,,,they are very un-organised.....by the time that some of us got our plates,,,the others were done.....they put full pkates of food on trays with dirty dishes. One plate sat there 12 minutes with the dirty dishes and they tried to serve it to someone at our table who didnt get served until everyone was finished. I got water poured on me by the waitress. The plates are very small for the high price. Most of us ended up at Wendeys for thd main course....wont be back

  Food: your usual PFChang food. Our favourite is mandolin beef and dynamite shrimp. Prices are average more towards higher prices.

  Went there with my friend. I was not expecting as much as I got. The decor is simply amazing, food & selection very good. You have great healthy choices and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their salads.

  I like PF Chang’s. I’ll start with that. It’s lower high-end Chinese food. The ambiance is nice but not over the top. The food is simply average. Not American Chinese but not as good as Giaba let’s say. It’s also kinda pricy. Here’s where they lose two stars for me.

  The was a horrible experience. No one came to our table till we were there for about 15 minutes. It was my husband's birthday and I asked the host at the front to let my server know so she could bring out a dessert and she never gave the waitress the message so the surprise got ruined. I am celiac so the hostess said she would tell our server but she never did. There were no utensils or napkins at our table. We had to ask her three times before someone brought the napkins and utensils. By this point, our starter and my daughter noodles were cold and I had to feed my daughter her noodles by hand because I had no utensils. We had ordered a third item but it was not brought out till we asked twice and it had been about 40 minutes since the first two items came out. Considering this such a nice restaurant and the food is good the service was a huge disappointment.

  1) you feel more like cattle than customers. 2) I find the menu misleading and nit actually representative of the dish you’ll get. Def ask your server before ordering.
