  We tried to get many different Financial products and services over the years and were consistently Beach over the head by extensive process that involved returning documents over and over and over again. It was bordering on abusive and ignoring the client side. I wish they would keep a better eye on the client experience. The people are really well-intentioned but ineffective.

  Called to understand what was required from me (documents, information, etc) prior to me passing by the branch and was met with rude and abrupt service agent whom barely listened to me and then left me on hold to take another call.

  I've been a TD customer my whole life and I've never had such poor service as at this location, a transaction I have done many time in the past was all of a sudden denied me by a very rude teller, I don't know if she was new but she should have been trained better. Her customer service skills are definitely lacking.
