  For the exceptions of renovated washrooms, renovations need to be done desperately in the mall as well as modifications to parking both indoors and outdoors.

  My favorite place to go see a movie in theater as it is very cheap (5$ Tuesdays/Wednesdays and matinees otherwise it's 7$). There's a Wal-Mart also which is very useful also although it is quite small and don't always have the products available. I just love the HUGE asian supermarket! It has so many products it's crazy and they usually have great prices too. A decent amount of parking in the back otherwise, really easy to get to by public transportation.

  I see my doctor in the new clinic adjacent Walmart and then take my time to go around all the ethnic shops... You can find literally everything under the same roof, exotic and cheap. The mall, it's true, could use some renovations but still, the colourful shops displaying merchandise out on the alleys give it a warm and exotic feeling.

  On the negative side I would put the ambience. This place is not well lit. I believe its' looks would drastically change for the better if they had better light. That also goes for the stores at the place.

  I started going to this Plaza long time ago. Still beautiful and there are many new stores. There is a big parking lot, new restaurants and fashion stores. In the summertime you can shop comfortably with air conditioning.

  It has many businesses and most likely you will find what you need. Parking is ample and you can choose to park at the covered area(good on snowy days).
