  Honestly, the only reason I even put 2 stars is because the couturier's work was great, but the costumer service was so bad, I almost ripped my own hair out. I dropped my dress off on Saturday, expecting to pick it up on the upcoming Monday. They tell me they close at 6pm, and I told them I finish work at 5pm so they say it wouldn't be a problem. That Monday, I called 13 times to confirm that I can pick up my dress. No answer, until 5:15pm when he tells me they'll close quarter before 6. I tell him I'm coming because it's important for me to get that dress that night. I make it there for 5:40pm and to my surprise, they're already closed. The sign outside says they close at 6pm but they decided to close early. I needed my dress badly that Monday night and had to postpone everything because I couldn't get a hold of them. I come in the morning after, the man (I'm assuming is the owner), tells me he waited for me til "5:46pm" which is bogus because I have a picture of me literally standing in front of the cleaners before that time. It's too bad because the work was nicely done, but their costumer service sucks. They never answer their phone calls and they close whenever they want to.
