    A1 service from start to finish. Got excellent tips to choose my new bike with Vincent. He sized up my needs spot on. One week later, my fitting was done by Olivier, and again, spot on. I can really say that they tailor make the fitting to suit your needs. I would definitely recommend Giant Montreal to anyone looking to get a new bike!

    Really bad service. They don't want to spend time with you. Of course they have to earn money. But if I'm going to spend money on a good bike I want to talk to someone more knowledgeable than me to make sure I'm happy with my decision

    2 weeks to change break pads. No really a pleasant service like other bikes shops. Not buy a giant ever again! Happy to have spent 7x more in my new Specialized bike.
