  Great service feel so pampered. got my color done with Annok who has so much patience and explained that it would take some work to remove the black from my hair. I then saw Tina for my cut and style who really took the time to listen to my needs and wants. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Every time I went back for just a style or cut with Tina they give you this great head massage before the shampoo. Highly recommend

  However, the receptionists are extremely rude. The reason for my rating is that it is not the first time the salon cancels my appointment at the last minute. Typically, they cancel the hair dresser, but not the colorist. You would think that one of the reasons you go to a relatively large salon like Au Premier is because they could easily reschedule you with another hair dresser. Not so! So, they tell me that I can have my color, but that they do not have any other hairdresser available. And (wait for it) they are already fully booked for the drying station (where people dry their hair by themselves). Am I supposed to leave with a hefty bill and my hair still wet?

  I've been going to this salon for years, mainly because I love my colorist. I have used different hair dressers over the years and they are usually quite good.

  I've done my hair there a few times, and I'm super happy with their service. They give you a nice massage with scented oil before hand, bring u a latte... I even brought my son for his haircut there. Love the place!

  Their prices are outrageous for a haircut and the employees are difficult to deal with at some points. If you see their replies to poor reviews " We would very much like to reach out to you however we can’t seem to trace you in our data base. Perhaps you are reviewing under a pseudonym." It really explains their attitudes. I found the place very noise and not at all relaxing Spa AT ALL. The make is very basic, not at all wedding worth or party worthy.
